Is the PR-7 diversion near Sector 79 permanent?

The new diversion near the Sector 79 light adds about 15 minutes to my commute. Temporary for the widening, or the new layout?

    Temporary — the contractor told our RWA it stays until the service lane is done, roughly end of November.

    Use the Sector 80 inner road before 9 am, much faster right now.
